Making electrometallurgical equipment is not easy. It takes highly specialized knowledge, dedication, teamwork, experience, thinking smart and working hard. Our team members must do their share and do it right the first time to produce only a high quality product.

We intend to serve our customers better than do our competitors. We will live up to our commitments by doing what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it; we will deliver the services and products our customers need, when and where they need them, and will do it at a price that allows us to compete in the marketplace.

Once a commitment is made to a customer every effort is made to fulfill that obligation. We firmly believe in treating our customers, employees, investors and suppliers, as we would like to be treated.

EMPCO realizes a profit from the manufacture and sale of its products, and thereby contributes to the welfare of its employees and the communities in which it operates.

Without the satisfied customer and his need for our products and services, we have nothing.
